The application for an interim injunction was dismissed because the applicant failed to establish a serious question to be tried given the evidence that complaints were processed at club level (the Club, not individual players, was the proper immediate recipient), there was no evidential basis before the Court of a material breach of natural justice to individual players, and the balance of convenience favoured respondents because the scheduled match had been cancelled and practical prejudice and logistics prevented effective interim relief.
