The judge granted the r7(2) review, set aside the Deputy Registrar's refusal to accept filing, accepted the applicant's notice of appeal for filing as at 27 August 2014, and granted an extension of time for payment of security for costs, while reserving the substantive question whether an undischarged bankrupt may pursue the appeal despite vesting and any assignee waiver for determination at a substantive hearing by a full bench.
