On de novo review the Court concluded the lease was not renewed, the Official Assignee reasonably assessed the evidence and excluded unreasonable items, the applicant and third parties failed to establish set-off claims, and therefore the admission of Peterland's claim in the sum of $84,709.13 was properly made and should be upheld.
