Failure to disclose and have the medical assessors consider the earlier contrary medical report (Dr Hancock 26 March 2001) and the insufficient exploration of the appellant's covered occupational hearing loss were substantial flaws in the medical assessment process; those procedural and evidential defects rendered the ACC decision unsupportable and required setting aside and reinstating the appellant's entitlements.
