The Court found some invoices had genuine and tenable disputes as to quantum or authorisation but many claimed amounts were supported by timesheets or prior conduct; applicants failed to establish reasonably arguable counterclaims; accordingly each statutory demand was partly set aside to specified amounts and the remaining balances were ordered payable within 10 working days or Terra may apply for liquidation (order made under s 291 Companies Act 1993).
