The Court held that s52 of the Trustee Act 1956 authorises vesting of the land in the continuing trustees where a corporate trustee has been dissolved and that it was just to order Mr Wayman to pay the applicants' costs because his refusal to cooperate in his capacity as sole director caused the unnecessary proceedings despite later mental incapacity.
