Grant access to the audio calls that were played in open court and to the final summary of facts and sentencing notes, and grant access to expert reports on domestic violence (and consider expert injury reports subject to conditions); refuse access to lay witness statements because of privacy concerns and the absence of need given guilty pleas and aborted trial; impose conditions on publication including consulting the victim's family and clearly identifying proposed expert evidence that was not tested in open court.
