The High Court admitted the s 27 cultural report as credible and relevant notwithstanding it was not before the sentencing Judge, concluded it would have affected the end sentence, applied a 15% discount for the appellant's cultural and personal mitigating factors, and substituted the District Court sentence of 4 years 6 months with a sentence of 3 years 6 months' imprisonment.
