The appellant failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that his cessation of employment in September 2001 was caused by incapacity from the covered injury, failed to establish an unbroken chain of causation and failed to show earner status within the required 14-day deeming period; therefore weekly compensation was not payable and the appeal is dismissed.
