The appeal is dismissed because the unchallenged ACC determination of 23 September 2011 that the claimant was not incapacitated created a break in any chain of incapacity and the claimant produced no retrospective medical evidence to establish incapacity at any time between 1 August 2011 and 28 July 2015; accordingly she was not entitled to weekly compensation.
