The court held that documents created from defendant's electronically stored bulk data in the G-CIC, G-SPN and ERMS systems fall within discovery because the High Court Rules define 'document' to include information derived from ESI; consequently SENZ is required to generate and produce the specified documents from those systems in accordance with SCC's search requests subject to reasonable timing and technical limits, and the court preferred SENZ's witness evidence on technical capability over SCC's contrary assertion.
