The appeal is dismissed because there is insufficient contemporaneous medical and other evidence to establish that the appellant remained continuously incapacitated for his pre-injury employment from 1986 to 1998 as required for backdated weekly compensation under the Act; later discovery of a failed fusion does not, without adequate contemporaneous proof, satisfy the statutory requirements for backdating.
