Appellant failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that his ongoing pain and neuropathy were caused by the covered pelvic fracture; contemporaneous medical evidence attributed ongoing symptoms to the pre-existing plasmacytoma, therefore entitlements for treatment related to that condition must be declined.
