Leave to appeal was granted limited to the indebtedness associated with Opus Fintek Ltd because the approved question concerning whether the Associate Judge should have entered summary judgment despite non-disclosure of the 2009 settlement agreement raised a proper issue for the Court; the Court was not persuaded at this stage that the same ground impeached the judgment as to the debts of Fibroin Initiatives Ltd.
