The signed engagement form, the respondent's letter of 18 September 2008 defining services to be provided to Mrs Busch personally, the subsequent conduct and negotiations, and the fact that the appellant did not challenge client identity until proceedings were commenced together established that the firm acted for Mrs Busch personally and she was liable for the fees.
