Judge found credible medical evidence that a pars defect was present on 1985 x-rays and that the appellant's spondylolisthesis developed progressively from that pre-existing developmental defect rather than being caused by a discrete covered accident; ACC met its evidential burden under s117 and suspension of entitlements was lawful, so the appeal is dismissed.
