On the balance of probabilities the Court accepted the treating surgeon's detailed assessment of imaging and individual factors and concluded the L4‑5 pathology was causally linked to the appellant's covered traumatic events; the Corporation's determination denying funding was quashed because the evidence supported a traumatic/ACC‑related cause for the surgery.
