Where clause 15 produces nil weekly earnings for periods after the initial four weeks because the relevant year shows no self-employment receipts, clause 20 applies and the insurer must estimate reasonable remuneration for those subsequent periods; therefore ACC must apply clause 20 to determine weekly compensation beyond the first four-week indexed minimum.
