The Court declined to rectify the defective adjudication because there was insufficient evidence of the property's value as at 13 December 2017 to establish that Kawakawa's debt exceeded the security by at least $1,000; consequently the bankruptcy order could not be confirmed and was annulled under s 309(1)(a).
