Leave to appeal was dismissed because the District Court correctly applied the Ambros causation framework, properly preferred independent expert evidence over the treating clinician's extrapolation and the available literature and statistics did not provide sufficient material to move causation from possible to probable; therefore no serious question of law for the Court of Appeal was shown and finality outweighed further appeal.
