The Court was satisfied on the balance of probabilities that the respondent unlawfully benefited from significant criminal activity, fixed the maximum recoverable amount at $62,400, found no basis to exclude property for undue hardship, and therefore made a profit forfeiture order for $62,400; available funds of $58,686.98 are forfeited and the remaining $3,713.02 is recoverable as a civil debt under s55(4).
