The Court accepted the treating psychiatric evidence that the appellant suffered a pathological bereavement and chronic major depressive disorder and that once she ceased sustained employment for Lake Edge her depression overtook her capacity to work; however the evidence did not support incapacity from October 1988 while she continued in the tavern role and there was insufficient contemporaneous evidence to fix incapacity at that earlier date.
