The Tribunal correctly found that repeatedly signing as attorney by deliberately imitating the donor's signature and failing to execute in the donor's name and in the manner required by s 19(3) Property Law Act 2007 amounts to misconduct under s 73(b) Real Estate Agents Act 2008; the donor's endorsement is immaterial to the statutory requirements and the Tribunal's expert assessment, and therefore the appeal is without merit and dismissed.
