The blood test established the presence of controlled drugs; under Land Transport Act 1998 s67(1B) the blood test fee and medical expenses are deemed a fine and therefore payable; the District Court's misdescription of the order as 'reparation' was a minor error that did not affect the substance of the order; other grounds raised by appellant failed, and the appeal is dismissed.
