Given the quantity of methamphetamine, the appellant's wholesale distribution role and the proximity of the conspiracy to execution, a nine year starting point was within the available range; an 18 month uplift for a discrete commercial cannabis cultivation was proportionate on totality grounds; and the $25,110 was held as readily deployable working capital to facilitate ongoing drug dealing so forfeiture under s32(3) was justified; appeals dismissed.
