Second respondent failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that she had a qualifying legal or equitable interest in the Pooks Road property as relationship property (de facto partner) at the time of its acquisition; therefore she cannot obtain relief under s 66 and her application for relief from the civil forfeiture order is dismissed.
