The Court accepted the District Court's factual finding that the parties agreed on 17 January 2012 that the livestock would be jointly valued and that the Appellant would acquire the Respondent's interest effective 31 January 2012, which made the valuer's figure the operative basis for price; alternatively, if no explicit price was agreed, a reasonable price equivalent to 50% of the valuer's figure should be paid.
