Leave to appeal dismissed because the Court of Appeal correctly found as a matter of fact that the applicant's refugee narrative was false so no abuse of process arose, the hearsay material was rightly excluded under s18 Evidence Act 2006 for reliability reasons, and the purported fresh evidence was largely not fresh or credible and would not have led to acquittal, thus no point of law of public or general importance nor miscarriage of justice was shown.
