Applicant failed to satisfy HCR 32.2 requirements: did not establish a good arguable case (was only a discretionary beneficiary and provided no evidence of depletion or wrongdoing), failed to make full and frank disclosure on a without-notice application (no valuation substantiation or disclosure of possible defences), and did not demonstrate a real risk of dissipation; accordingly the freezing order application is dismissed.
