Although the Court found that Lawson had avoided service and that his objections lacked a proper foundation, Ms Perkins' substantive application to adjudicate Lawson bankrupt failed; accordingly the Court declined to award costs to either party and left costs to lie where they fall, and declined to determine disposition of funds held in Court in the absence of a specific application.
