The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal: the High Court's findings that the 2000 transactions, the 2002, 2004 and 2007/Jeep-related dispositions were fraudulent under s 60 were not supported; most disputed transfers were not voidable under s 54 because donors were able to pay or obtain funds and certain advances provided valuable consideration; only the 2006 gift remained voidable under s 54(1).
