The appeal was allowed because the uncontradicted medical evidence (occupational medicine specialist) before the Corporation established that the appellant suffered extensor and flexor tendonitis causally related to continuous data entry and stress, thereby satisfying s7; the Review Officer erred in reversing the primary decision rather than identifying and accepting the correct injury and causation, so the primary grant of cover was reinstated.
