The HRRT correctly struck out the claim as an abuse of process because it was a collateral attack on prior High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions and because no factual basis was pleaded to support a discrimination claim that could and should have been raised in the earlier judicial review; accordingly the appeal from the HRRT decision is struck out.
