The High Court held one disputed image fell within Category A and two within Category B, affirmed that the 2015 FVPCA amendments require higher starting points, reduced the Judge's starting point from three years to two years six months to reflect that most offending was Category C with a limited number of higher category images, applied a 25% guilty plea discount, gave minimal weight to cooperation and self-referral given lack of remorse, and substituted the sentence to 22 months (1 year 10 months) imprisonment.
