Counsel was properly prepared and acted reasonably in instructing experts, briefing witnesses and putting the appellant's explanations to the Court; forensic and usage pattern evidence overwhelmingly supported the Judge's finding that the appellant controlled the devices and accessed/distributed the objectionable material, the allegations against Ms Light were unsubstantiated and therefore there was no real risk of miscarriage of justice and the appeal is dismissed.
