Judge preferred the orthopaedic specialist evidence (Simmonds and Kusel) who tested the elbow under load and gave oral evidence; respondent had acted on a general surgeon's report without appropriate orthopaedic confirmation in 1994; on that basis termination of weekly compensation was unjustified and payments were reinstated from the date of cessation.
