Leave to bring a second appeal was declined because the proposed grounds were not of sufficient importance or sufficiently arguable to justify a further appeal; the alleged breach of natural justice was not established as the Judge based his findings on documents in evidence and the applicants failed to show prejudice; and the entitlement and quantum of indemnity costs under the guarantees were properly made and reasonable.
