After rehearing the evidence and weighing conflicting expert opinion the Court was satisfied on the balance of probabilities that the appellant sustained solvent neurotoxicity caused by workplace exposure to Tergosol; the review decision denying cover was quashed and entitlement reinstated with injury date 1 February 2011.
