ACC's decision to decline funding was upheld because there was no persuasive evidence that a computer was required as a direct consequence of the appellant's covered injuries, ACC considered relevant factors and expert opinion that provision could be counterproductive, costs and access issues weighed against provision, and the exercise of discretion contained no legal error.
