Section 112 confers a broad discretion on the Tribunal to remove parties consistent with its inquisitorial jurisdiction and the Act's purpose, but the Tribunal must gather and consider available evidential material and respect principles of natural justice before removing a party; the Tribunal erred here by making premature and flawed evidential assessments (particularly on time bar, liability scope and proportionality) and therefore its removal order was quashed
