The Court recalled the part of its prior judgment dismissing summary judgment for SL8 because the AGM ordinary resolution of 28 January 2017 ratified the committee's delegated raising of levies for the year to 30 November 2016, thereby retrospectively validating SL8 and amounting to a special reason to recall; judgment for SL8 was entered against all defendants but interest on SL8 was limited to run only from 28 January 2017; costs were awarded to the body corporate under s 124 with a specific deduction for unnecessary claim components.
