The Court granted Ngāti Rarua Settlement Trust leave to file Notices of Appearance as an interested party on a watching brief in the five identified proceedings and granted leave to seek similar participation in relation to Ngāti Koata if overlap is established because denial risked injustice and the limited watching brief caused no apparent prejudice.
