Section 78(2) mandates that where a claimant received Social Security Sickness Benefit and is later established to be entitled to weekly compensation, the Corporation must refund the Social Security payments to New Zealand Income Support Services; the Corporation is not the claimant's employer for Wages Protection Act purposes.
