The recall application is dismissed: determinations about access to Supreme Court records are administrative matters appropriately handled by a judge under principles guided by existing High Court and Court of Appeal rules, no obligation existed to seek further submissions on that administrative choice, and the applicant's reliance on s 28(3) assumptions was unjustified.
