The RWFT failed for uncertainty of objects because the executed trust deed is lost and the available draft deed is materially inconsistent and unreliable; trustees could not prove the settlor's intended ultimate beneficiary with the required certainty, so the trust property results to the settlor's estate and the respondent as sole beneficiary of that estate; trustees therefore had no power to distribute the corpus to Freemasons New Zealand.
