The application to set aside the bankruptcy notice was dismissed because the judgment debtor produced no evidential basis for a cross-claim or set-off, the asserted grounds relied on speculative success in a pending judicial review which the Court would not speculate would succeed, and prior attempts to recall or reverse the costs orders had been dismissed, leaving the bankruptcy notice valid.
