Special leave was refused because the applicant failed to identify any error of law: the District Court's factual findings that there was no active tuberculosis, that a single positive QuantiFERON test did not establish ongoing infection, that latent tuberculosis (if present) is not a compensable physical injury, and that workplace causation was unsupported, were all open on the evidence and not clearly untenable.
