The application to lift confidentiality and unseal the file is refused because, although the settlement agreement may be relevant to assessment of damages in related proceedings, its present relevance is limited and the justification for confidentiality continues to outweigh the need for disclosure; leave to renew the application is granted for future reconsideration as related litigation develops.
