Restoration was ordered under s329 limited to enabling the company to tidy its affairs because respondent did not oppose restoration; however the company's contractual claim against Mr Bruce was held to have accrued on 2 December 2000 and became statute barred on 2 December 2006, so the Court would not suspend or extend limitation nor place the company in liquidation to pursue that claim; procedural defects and imperfect disclosure did not justify refusal of restoration where material was adequate.
