The liquidators proved on the evidence (bank statements, solicitor's letter from Adava, IRD correspondence and creditor schedules) that the $19,672.34 payment was an insolvent transaction made within the statutory two-year period and that the respondent received more than it would likely receive in liquidation; accordingly the payment was voidable under s292 and must be set aside and repaid, with costs awarded to the liquidators.
